*2*Clean Water - Clean Environment - Plant Trees along the Caminho de Santiago leaving from Tavira-Algarve.*** ECO-?

*September 2022, zu pflanzen .......

*Starting from September 2022, XACOBEO 2022, volunteers of our Assotiation, will start planting Local European Deciduous Trees, to spend shade along the Caminho, like Alcornoque(Quercus suber), Encina(Quercus ilex), Carvallo(Quercus robur), Olmo(Ulmus caprinifolia), best on the south side of the Way/Road, every 10 meters, on good soil and protected - stabilized. Also fruittrees may be introduced along the Caminho de Santiago to spend shade, shelter against rain and maybe some fruit for sale at "Fresh-Markets" in the villages along the Route, or for pilgrims walking by. Fruit-trees that can be useful to pilgrims and other people walking by, but also to animals in nature along the Camin(h)o can bee : *apple-trees(manzana.), cherry-trees(cereza), fig-trees(higo), almond-trees(almendra) and pomegrate-trees(granado). Please always buy fruit along the Camino-Route at Fresh-Markets, Fruterias and Mini-Markets, or ask a farmer before you steal his fruit, to pick one for you from the tree.
